Embarking on a journey of true healing is not easy, but it is profoundly rewarding. It requires a deep commitment to ourselves and our well-being, a journey that no one else can undertake for us. Yet, having a compassionate guide by your side can make all the difference.

Over two decades ago, I discovered yoga, and it was more than just a practice; it became a passion and a calling. The ancient science and art of yoga, which has been a source of healing for countless individuals over the centuries, drew me in completely. This deep connection inspired me to delve further, leading me to become a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and an Ayurvedic Health and Nutrition Coach (AHC).

My mission is to assist others in healing across the multifaceted layers of our human system—biological, physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Through personalized yoga therapy and ayurvedic health coaching, I provide the support and guidance you need to embark on your own path of healing. I am dedicated to helping others learn how to self-regulate, empowering you to take control of your well-being.

As a lifelong learner and seeker, I continuously expand my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients. My love for nature, my roles as a dog mom, spouse, and parent, and my personal experiences all enrich my approach, allowing me to connect with and understand the unique needs of each individual I work with.
