Over two decades ago, I discovered yoga, and it was more than just a practice; it became a passion and a calling. The ancient science and art of yoga, which has been a source of healing for countless individuals over the centuries, drew me in completely. This deep connection inspired me to delve further, leading me to become a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and an Ayurvedic Health and Nutrition Coach (AHC).
My mission is to assist others in healing across the multifaceted layers of our human system—biological, physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual. Through personalized yoga therapy and ayurvedic health coaching, I provide the support and guidance you need to embark on your own path of healing.
