Join our friendly group for live Zoom classes on Wednesdays at 8am PT. Fee is per month whether it is 4 or 5 weeks. Classes are designed for active 45+ people. We work function over form, so if you can breath, you will feel the benefit.
These practices are designed for morning or early afternoon use, preparing you for the day and helping to reset during the early afternoon.
