Ayurvedic lifestyle for longevity, rejuvenation and overall well-being. In this series of four workshops, you will have an opportunity to learn about the ancient science of Ayurveda (Life Knowledge). Learning lifestyle habits and routines related to longevity and rejuvenation, and how to incorporate them into your daily lifestyle in alignment with nature's cycles and seasons. Self paced video lecture and downloadable information, habit tracker, and recipe.

Intake Session

The intake session is the foundation toward developing a greater sense of self-awareness, emotional balance, and overall well-being. In the intake and assessment session we discuss any issues or concerns that are happening and figure out your goals of how you’d like to feel. An action plan will be created to help you reach your goals in mind, body and spirit. The session will take 1 – 1.5 hours.

Depending on what is happening for someone, many people find their symptoms improving after only a few days to a few weeks. This helps give us motivation to continue our new habits! Eventually, we learn how to self-regulate creating ease, stability, and joy throughout our lives.

Includes:

  • 60 – 90 minute Intake/Assessment

Full Moon Soundbath

Enter a peaceful sanctuary where we nourish and replenish body and mind. Open to all, these classes include yoga nidra, meditation, gentle movement, and breathwork, culminating in a crystal bowl sound bath. Live Zoom Hatha Yoga Class 45+ Active People

Join our friendly group for live Zoom classes on Wednesdays at 8am PT. Fee is per month whether it is 4 or 5 weeks.

These practices are designed for morning or early afternoon use, preparing you for the day and helping to reset during the early afternoon.

Modifications are given. Wondering if this is a good fit? First class is FREE!
