These Hatha Yoga practices are designed for people 45+ years of age and are from my live Zoom classes on Wednesdays at 8am PT.
I typically demonstrate the posture and then I occasionally watch students in the live class while instructing. (The videos will reflect this!)
These practices are designed for morning or early afternoon use, preparing you for the day and helping to reset during the early afternoon.
Modifications are given. Follow your breath. Your breath is your teacher. Think of me as your guide on the side. Enjoy and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Also, if you would like to join the Live Zoom classes, please sign up through my web site. Typically, we meet 10 mins. prior to class to connect with each other and then start practice. It is a wonderful community of people! We also have occasional field trips for members of the community. Connection and community is a key component for our well-being, longevity, and healthspan.
